Duathlon for kids? Wow! That's an awesome way to inculcate the importance of physical fitness to kids.

I am sure my kids would have loved to join something like this. Too bad there were no events like this when they were 12 and below.

I am not indeed very familiar of this kind of competition. To tell your frankly, this is the second time that I have come across with the term, Duathlon which I learned later that it is competition of running-biking-running. It arouses my interest on this. Well, I am very sorry that I couldn't appreciate this kind of race in your post for it lacks actions and description of the event. I know pictures speak more than words.

I did my duathlon a few years ago as an adult. It's nice to see kids doing the sport so early. We also have our powerman event in October this year.

This is such a great event for kids to keep them occupied! I'm not sure if my lazy boy would enjoy it though. Great on those who participated!
