Christmas Cooking with Philips & Chef Zam - Ayam Percik

Mummy and I,
Went for Christmas Cooking workshop...
With Philips & Celebrity Chef Zam.....

In Silverspoon International College,
Which is located in Puchong...

The ingredients are prepared,
For Chef Zam and all the bloggers....

We enjoyed our cooking session...
Wearing our new apron...

First,
Cut the ingredients...
And blend it all together,
With Philips Blender...
So easy and convenient...

The finely blended ingredients in the sauce,
Are used to marinated the chicken....

Added in santan and water,
To the blended ingredient,
Cook and stir evenly....
Until it's thick...

After 20 minutes marinated in the fridge,
Put the whole chicken and bake the chicken,
With Philips AirFryer...
For 10 minutes at 150 Degree Celcius...

Pour sauce over baked chicken,
And bake for another 10 minutes,
And Ayam Percik is ready to serve....

Hop over to http://cre8tonekitchen.blogspot.com
For another 3 yummy food we cooked,
Together with Philips, Chef Zam and bloggers!~

You are so very lucky to be with a Chef that has much experience in cooking food. A privilege not to be wasted.

Hope you can visit our country and we can share to you other chicken menu. Ayam Percik looks good and hope to try that someday.

Ooooh, that's what I'd call cooked-to-perfection. I'll make sure I check out the AirFryer soon. I have yet to get my Mom a Christmas present and have not decided yet. The AirFryer seems like a good choice.

What is santan? Is it a spice? Is that hot or spicy? The santan I know from my country is a small flower.

You baked the chicken? That's something new for me. And it looks delicious. You're lucky to have been taught by a chef.
