Yellow Sweet Corn

This is actually not my first time eating sweet corn...
Anyhow, this weekend mummy add more sweet corn to my porridge...
To look yellowish!~ I suppose...
And it actually taste sweeter...
Let's glimpse how mummy prepare this sweet sweet porridge...

Mummy cut the corn into tiny tiny pieces again...
Put it as main ingredients for my porridge~~~~~~
After it's boiled,
Add in some fish...
Taste even sweeter!~
Even just a little bit of fishy~~~

Mummy said yellow goes very nice with green...
She decided to add in green vegetables...
Now look how my porridge looks like~~~
Dang dang dang dang...
The yellow and green porridge!

Again,
I finish whole pot of the porridge!~
This is sooooooo sweet!~
Yummy yummy...

The first time I introduce corn I take out the skin one-by-one then only cook~~~~~~
This time I use the food grinder and smash it after cook, together with the skin.. He's ok with it~~~

the first time i introduced my baby to sweet corn, she has an allergic reaction to it...so i have stopped mixing it with her porridge...
it definitely made the porridge taste sweeter but i dont know why it had a reaction to my baby :-(
i will try to introduce again after few weeks...

good work, mummy!

I dare not give him corn yet as I’m afraid he may not be able to swallow the husk. So I substitute it with baby corn. That reminds me that I’ve not been giving Jonathan corn for such a long time already.

HI PeiWun, I also feed my Angel with sweet corn few days ago ... the first time I didn’t mesh it and I noticed that she poo out exactly the corn with the shape still in so that's mean she is not digesting it. So second time I chopped it into tiny pieces and yet, I found that her poo also cannot digest it. Have you come across this with Sean ?

cre8tone said...

Sean's ok with it wor~~~
1st time I cook, I chopped it into tiny pieces, then I take out the skin one by one, then after cook, I smash it into puree type b4 feed him...
Later on, I found very many steps to remove the skin one-by-one, I juz skip the step and c if he's ok with it (lazy mummy.. haha), lucikily he's still ok with it...
U try and c, before u feed angel u smash the sweet corn into puree... c if it's ok or not...

ok .... thanks ya, i will try again
:)
