For members of public and media...

Executive Chinese Chef;
With his exquisite 8 treasures vegetables with abalone sauce,
And Oyster blade served with butterfly bun...

Chef Jamsari Mohd,
From Malay Section,
Showcasing lip-smacking
Beef bone marrow assam pedas,
And Penang laksa...

 Executive Chef Michael Donlevy,
And Chef Suhaimi Md Tasir,
Bringing their A-Game with Pizza Al-fungi,
Homemade pasta Aglio Olio,
As well as Braised beef cheeks and potato mousseline...

The master of spice,
Chef Leo Michael,
Presenting mouth-watering assorted seekh Kebabs,
With papdi chat and Bel Poori...

Chef Ricky Kamishi,
Executive Japanese Chef from Iketeru,
Preparing his Maguro tataki,
And Temaki hand rolls...

Our dessert doctor,
Chef Brett Muller,
Executive Pastry Chef,
Whipping up his decadent sweeties,
Sugar snap cones with mango and passion fruits Espuma,

Would have loved to see a one night only showcase where the chefs presented two signature dishes each from Vasco’s Malay, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Western and desserts station. I would have indulged in a spread of scrumptious, delicious and mouth-watering buffet spreads.

This looks like an awesome thing to go to! I would love to watch a bunch of chefs do their thing. I’m not very good at cooking, but I love to watch people cook.

These look like some amazing chefs with great recipes to share! They're putting out some impressive stuff; I wouldn't mind being a taste tester at all! :)

It must be exciting and intense for chefs to be in a cook off. It looks like they did well here too.
