Mummy prepared two 'empty' eggs,
For me to scribble on......
I told mummy,
I want to draw one boy boy egg,
And one girl girl egg......
Mummy assists me to draw the face details...
One eggie breaks,
Before we could even finish drawing with my magic pen!~
I got another one still...
Right after I finish drawing,
I begins to read out aloud,
Together with acting.......
For the famous nursery rhymes - Humpty Dumpty!~
Mummy thinks I'm creative enough,
To think of the idea of,
Acting out humpty dumpty had a great fall.....
I keep on repeat...
Until little humpty dumpty breaks into tiny little pieces!~
Mummy said it's time to clean up!~
It's quite difficult to take up the little part of eggie,
With my little fingers......
Mummy said can trained my finger's muscle,
By picking up the small pieces!~
I'll try my best then...
A job well-done!~
All the pieces are inside the cup!~
Mummy's going to pour little humpty dumpty,
Inside the rubbish bin!~~~~~~~~
Poor little humpty dumpty!~

Nevermind, Little Prince. Mummy can make another for you tomorrow
An evergreen nursery rhyme... during my time as a kid, ie 1960s... wow.. so long time ago...
such clever boy..
Oh you are getting really good. Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall..
.. and now ended in the bin! :)
Good idea! Humpty Dumpty is coming to my house soon ;-)
A great idea and fun activity for the little one.
smallkucing, that'll depends if I'm going to cook egg or not tomorrow.. hehe~~
reanaclaire, yes, evergreen one, and always educative and nice to read on, too!
Mery, he enjoyed it!
Wenn, thankx for compliment :)
Merryn, now instead of filling in the blanks, he can read out full sentence for certain nursery rhymes already :)
Chloe, haha~~~~~~ You must be looking forward for humpty dumpty to visit your house.. hahahahahaha~
mNhL, at first I'm just thinking of let him draw the face details on the eggie... My son comes out with the idea of humpty dumpty and enjoy the play! haha~
So many fun activities rolled up in one - drawing, pretend play n training motor skill. ;)
slavemom, yeah~ and no need to buy additional expensive toys for those fun activities... Nice yah!~ haha~
