And empower its people..

The best part of the tour is...
It's accompanied by music!~
Dance throughout the way...
While enjoying the unseen artistic part,
Of Kuala Lumpur....

Introducing...
Our tour guides for...
'Unseen Tours KL' project...
With support of Yellow House and DBKL,
To realizing the vision to train the new tour guides...

travel360.com hope to provide,
An experiential travelling journey,
By integrating real communities and their stories...
The one-stop travel platform,
Will be offering an exclusive 'travel360 Dance-walking Tour'
Led by trained former homeless,
And underprivileged urban people,
As the tour associates...

travel360.com CEO Spencer Lee said,
It's initiative to provide employment opportunities,
To the street friends in Kuala Lumpur,
By training them...
To become effective guides...

Truly meaningful....

The event was officiated by 12th Mayor of Kuala Lumpur,
YBhg. Dato' Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan,
Who unveiled a special mural,
To mark the collaboration.
Also present at the event,
Was travel360.com CEO Spencer Lee,
And Yellow House Founder Shyam Priah.

 A lovely spot for photography!~

Travel is no longer just about fun-filled holidays,
But adventures and discoveries...

It's about social experiences,
And engagement with everyday people and cultures...

Unseen Tours Kuala Lumpur,
Is not poverty toursim...
It's not about showing the poor side of Kuala Lumpur,
But adding up artistic features,
Beautiful and colourful drawings...
To uplift and upgrade the street friends' life...

It's transformational, sustainable,
And it's returns their dignity...
Said Yellow House Founder Shyam Priah..

The 12th Mayor of Kuala Lumpur said,
It truly shows that despite scales of different organisations,
We are able to come together,
With a unified mission,
To propel the city for the world..

The city's latest mural,
Will be a lively and positive addition,
That is bound to attract tourists and locals alike!

Lovely rainbow colours!~
Located on Lorong Bandar 20, Jalan Tun H.S. Lee in Kuala Lumpur City centre,
And close to the Sri Mahamariamman Temple,
The mural serves as testimony of what can be achieved,
Through the collaboration of organisations and NGOs,
For a social cause...

The swings depicted uplift,
The perception of the marginalized street friends,
To show positivity and stability in a childlike nature..

An interactive element,
Is also installed on the mural,
That encourages public,
To share their passion to travel..

Wow! I like this. Interesting... If i m not mistaken, many parts of kl are going to be decorated like this. A friend of mine is one of the artists who draw the mural.
This is good and beneficial to the youngters.
